Ever since the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on July 1, 2017, the tax function is becoming more dynamic, comprehensive, and challenging day by day. Process automation and how the adoption of digital technology for taxation by organizations are disrupting traditional business and are creating opportunities as process improvement and supply chain re-alignment was the point of discussion at the roundtable.
