Quantum-Ready Intelligent Digital Systems for Open Finance

Spoke on 'Quantum-Ready Intelligent Digital Systems' at ICOF 2026

Spoke at ICOF 2026 (hosted alongside AIAI-2026 at the Federal Reserve Bank Plaza in Boston). This session explores the structured and secure adoption of quantum technologies within financial infrastructure.

The talk addressed the dual challenge of preparing open finance systems for the quantum era: transitioning conventional systems to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) while establishing rigorous, evidence-gated benchmarks to evaluate quantum computing applications against classical baselines. Highlighting framework governance, service dependency mapping, and rigorous decision-making registers, the session provides a practical roadmap for maintaining digital trust, fairly evaluating quantum opportunities, and safely managing cryptographic migration.
